We’re a local business here to offer something unique to Indy. Other gyms aren’t our competition; we’re just trying to do our own thing.

Your best interest at heart

Growth means different things for everyone; that’s why we created an environment that encourages everyone to do what’s best for them and work at their own pace/strength. We don’t have class leaderboards that promote pushing you past what’s healthy for you.

Intentional training

Our workouts are designed to give you functional strength. - not just to raise your heart rate for a while. We want to develop strength in muscle areas and motions that will actually be important and sustainable throughout your life. There’s also focus on complimentary muscle groups together in workouts to prevent injury and leave you feeling better than when you came in - mentally and physically.

Amazing community

One of the secret tricks to obtaining any goal - fitness or not - is surrounding yourself with people that have the same mindset. Everyone here, from newbies to trainers, wants you to do your best work. We take pride in how uplifting of an environment that’s resulted from all the positive energy and we can’t wait for you to experience it yourself!

Being locally owned means we have full control over the class programming. Each month, we update the class structure, and each day of the week has its own slightly different format which helps prevent injury, promote a total body workout, and keep things fresh & interesting.

Warmup and cooldown period included so you’re prepared before and ready for the rest of the day

Exclusively offering full body workouts makes it easier for us to offer a class that fits your schedule

Time-Based Circuits


Within stations, exercises are completed over a set time, not number of reps. We’d rather see you focus on form than racing through each set.
