“I have been attending Day Won classes for the past year and in that time, I have been able to attend over 150 classes. This is noteworthy because prior to Day Won, I did not feel that any of my fitness regiments were truly sustainable to maintain consistently or do with regularity and not cause injury. Attending Day Won allows someone like me, a former competitive athlete, to still feel like and grow as an athlete every day. Showing up to Day Won is like showing up for your team and leaving feeling reconnected between your mind and your body.

Fitness plays such a large role in my mental health, it is something that I need to do daily to ground myself, feel comfortable and confident in my physical body and calm my overactive mind. However, when your fitness regimen is something that brutalizes your physical body, you find that you cannot take care of your mind in the regularity that you need. Day Won is therapeutic for your mind and body holistically.

I see a doctor at Integrated Health Solutions and she has known me before Day Won and throughout my Day Won journey. She would be the first to admit that she has seen the most positive change in my TMJ, upper body tension, and overall mobility since making Day Won a part of my routine. “I really enjoy the format and energy of the workouts at Day Won! A challenging workout with both strength and cardio that can be modified as needed. They play lists and trainer energy makes the workout fly by. Facility has easy parking and is a great location. Be prepared to win the day and want to come back for more! Highly recommend!

I love working out at Day Won - classes last about 45 minutes and are flexible enough to allow you to choose your intensity level. You can go all out, or scale back. Each day's workout is different, and provides a good combination of cardio and strength training. Friendly atmosphere among all the clients, and the trainers are all great. Love the morning workouts so I can start out by winning my day.

I cannot say enough great things about this gym. The owners and instructors are phenomenal. It is that perfect blend of people, community and small classes aimed at instruction and motivation. I love showing up multiple times each week knowing that I am going to see people I know, meet new people and get an amazing workout that changes from day to day. The class structure each week and day is intentional and thoughtful - just like the people leading the classes. I would describe the workouts as circuit training that mix strength and cardio. It is so easy to challenge yourself by upping weight, intensity and other small changes/ideas from the instructors.
