MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD: Strength & Mobility to feel Strong & Confident in Pregnancy & Postpartum
Dana is certified in pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise. She teaches a small group class called Mindful Motherhood; for any stage of pregnancy & postpartum, Mindful Motherhood is small group class intentionally designed to support women through the demands of motherhood.
Mindful Motherhood is offered on Wednesdays at 4:15 pm & Saturdays at 8am
SILVER STRENGTH (55 & older)
Strength and wellness knows no age! While we invite all ages and fitness levels to all of our classes, we also understand that those a little older may prefer to attend a class that is catered more towards their needs. As a result, we are offering a Silver Strength class for people 55 and older. This class will be a total body fitness class and will emphasize balance and stability in addition to strength, flexibility, and a bit of low-impact cardio! Jason & Dana teach Silver Strength on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 10am.
